Jego rola zaczyna się już na etapie selekcji zielonego ziarna i obejmuje kontrolę jakości, projektowanie profilu palenia oraz ocenę efektu w filiżance.

Każda kawa powstaje w oparciu o testy sensoryczne i powtarzalny proces palenia. Profil smaku nie jest tu deklaracją marketingową, lecz wynikiem pracy baristy, który odpowiada za spójność jakości – od surowego ziarna aż po moment, gdy kawa trafia do klienta.

Own coffee origin

CABRAL CAFE coffee beans come from our own farm in Brazil – Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza. This direct sourcing of the raw material allows us to maintain consistent quality and clearly defined standards throughout the growing process.

We don't use anonymous spot purchases. Each coffee has a known origin and a controlled production process.

Product, not lifestyle

CABRAL CAFE is a product brand. We focus on coffee quality, stability, and clear information on product pages. We don't build lifestyle narratives or marketing stories without practical value.

Each product is described in a way that makes it easier to choose coffee suited to your brewing method and taste preferences.

Product lines

The CABRAL CAFE offer is divided into product lines that organize coffees according to style and use:

  • Fazenda
  • Selection
  • Crema
  • Black

This division allows you to quickly navigate the offerings and choose your coffee without having to analyze technical details. We plan to expand our offerings to include dried fruit and dedicated coffee cups.

Scale and availability

Products are prepared in accordance with our standards of quality and profile repeatability.

We do not sell wholesale to retail chains. The exception is our collaboration with the Media Expert chain, which relies on the regular presence of our trained advisors who help customers discover the unique flavors of coffee when selecting coffee machines.

Cabral Cafe coffees are primarily intended for:

  • cafes, restaurants and gastronomy,
  • Individual customers,
  • direct sales in selected partner channels.

This approach allows us to maintain control over the entire process. Uncontrolled growth could result in a decline in the quality of our products, which is something we strongly discourage, so we take this very seriously.

From raw grain to repeatable profile

Cabral Cafe's coffee selection and roasting process takes place in Poland. Here, the beans sourced from Brazil are evaluated, tested, and prepared to ensure consistent, repeatable results in daily brewing.

The goal is not to experiment with every batch, but to maintain a consistent flavor profile regardless of the coffee preparation method.

Coffee roasting

Each coffee is assigned a fixed roast profile. Parameters are controlled and repeatable, and the roasting method is tailored to the specific application—espresso, milk-based coffees, or pour-over methods. This ensures stable extraction and predictable brewing results.

Roasting is done in short batches. Each roast is monitored and evaluated, minimizing flavor variations between batches and ensuring consistency in the product available for sale.

Transparency and accountability

Transparency about coffee origins and production processes is the foundation of our operations. We provide clear information about the country of origin, brewing methods, and flavor profile of each coffee.

Thanks to this, the customer knows exactly which product he is choosing.
